It happens, life can get in the way of play for us adults. No problem, if you have made a booking and need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know asap. As long as you have given me a minimum of 24 hours notice from the time of your session, I will refund or roll over your deposit to another available time slot.
Unfortunately, if it's within 24 hours, I will not be able to refund or reschedule your session, and the deposit will be retained. If I need to cancel or reschedule the session myself, then the deposit will be returned or rolled over depending on your preference. I also reserve the right to cancel our session during it, if anything unsafe happens or my limits are not being respected by you, and in that instance your deposit and session fee will also be retained by me.
